Madeleines
Today I made Madeleines! Delicious little french sponge cakes, made in a scalloped tin. The recipe made 20…. I think there are about 2 left ;)

This is our little tabby kitten called Orla. She really does eat ANYTHING. Cake, crisps, lasagna, all washed down with a nice cup of tea.
